We deal in antiques, estate and vintage items, some are on consignment and all are pre-owned and may therefore show some wear commensurate with age and normal use. We take great care to describe all of our items fully, including any condition issues, and we provide ample photos in order that our customers understand exactly what they are buying. We cannot therefore offer refunds on any of our pre-owned items, though in exceptional circumstances we may offer an exchange on items, within thirty (30) days of purchase, for an equal or higher value.
To be eligible for exchange the item must be in the same condition that you received it from us and including any original packaging. Several items are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable, books, newspapers, magazines, autographs, photos or anything that was sold as a “sale”, “as-is” or “for repair” item cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us and any shipping costs that you paid are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
